Ticket Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in extreme cases as determined by InterMusic Entertainment Group. The company reserves the right to refuse a refund at its sole discretion. If you believe you have an extreme case warranting a refund, please contact our customer service team for review.

Event Cancellation Policy
In the event of an event cancellation, InterMusic Entertainment Group will make every effort to notify ticket holders as soon as possible. This notification may include email, phone calls, or public announcements. However, InterMusic Entertainment Group will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by ticket holders, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.

Liability
InterMusic Entertainment Group, including its employees, agents, and representatives, will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at any of our venues or partner venues. Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending events.

Event Changes
InterMusic Entertainment Group reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including changes in event dates, times, and venues. We will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of any significant changes. However, such changes do not guarantee ticket holders refunds or any other compensation.

Transfer and Resale of Tickets
Tickets purchased through InterMusic Entertainment Group are intended for personal use only. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to be resold may be voided without notice and without refund.

Age Restrictions
Some events may have specific age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure compliance with these restrictions. InterMusic Entertainment Group reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual not meeting the age requirements.

Right of Admission Reserved
InterMusic Entertainment Group reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue for reasons including, but not limited to, behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of venue policies. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Photography and Recording
Photography, audio, and video recording may be prohibited at certain events. InterMusic Entertainment Group reserves the right to confiscate equipment and remove individuals who violate this policy.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
InterMusic Entertainment Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to keep their tickets safe. Replacements may be issued at the sole discretion of InterMusic Entertainment Group.
